Not only does MGM provide a service dedicated to the pre- and post-sale assistance for partnered brokers, we also assist several insurance carriers as a Third Party Administrator. Comprised of an educated Customer Support Staff, our Group Administration Department will assist carriers in providing list bills on several accounts within the MGM block of business.

What is a list bill?

A list bill is a bill that shows all insured employees and their coverage elections. This type of billing is preferred by most plan administrators as it clearly displays how the total bill amount is being calculated. Administrators are also easily able to point out and correct any terminated coverage that should be removed from the billing.

While list billing is one of the major responsibilties for the Group Administration Department, they do much more! They are also the direct point of contact for plan administrators, assisting in the following other services:

Coverage verfication for carrier claims;

Medical Treatment Benefit claims processing;
